Terms of Service

Effective October 10, 2026. Plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, write to hello@panelenroll.com before you buy anything.

1. Who we are

PanelEnroll is a service of Operandi Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we,” “us”). These terms govern your use of panelenroll.com and any credentialing or enrollment support services you purchase from us. By joining the waitlist, submitting a form, or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

2. What we do, and what we do not do

We prepare, submit (with your authorization), and track insurance credentialing and payer enrollment applications, and we maintain credentialing records such as CAQH attestations and expirables. We are a private administrative support service. We are not a payer, a credentialing verification organization acting for payers, a law firm, or a medical biller. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by CAQH, CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, or any insurance payer.

Enrollment and panel decisions are made solely by each payer. We do not and cannot guarantee acceptance into any network, any timeline a payer will follow, or any reimbursement rate. Our fees pay for preparation, submission support, tracking, and follow-up work, never for an outcome.

3. Your responsibilities

Our work is built from the information and documents you provide. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information; to respond to our requests in a timely way; to review anything we prepare before it is submitted; and to hold the licenses and credentials your applications claim. You authorize us to prepare and submit applications and communicate with payers on your behalf for the services you purchase. Dishonest information on a payer application is grounds for us to end the engagement and is dangerous for your license; we will not submit anything we know to be false.

4. Fees and refunds

Our prices are flat and published on panelenroll.com. One-time fees are charged per application or program as published. If you cancel before we begin work on an application, we refund that fee in full. Once work has begun, fees are earned for the work performed and are not contingent on the payer’s decision. Monthly maintenance may be canceled at any time and ends at the close of the current billing month. We never charge a percentage of your reimbursements.

5. Your data

Credentialing requires sensitive information, and we treat it that way. Your documents and data are encrypted in transit and at rest; personal identifiers such as SSN and date of birth are tokenized at ingestion and never displayed or sent by email; your data is processed in the United States; and access is limited to the personnel working on your file. Your documents and data are used only to deliver the services you purchased.

A standing commitment: your documents and data are never used to train machine-learning or AI models, and never used to construct training or evaluation materials of any kind. On request, or at the end of our engagement per our agreement, we delete your records except where a record must be retained for legal or audit purposes.

6. Not legal, medical, or billing advice

Information on this site and in our communications is administrative support, not legal advice. For questions about your legal obligations, scope of practice, or payer contracts, consult your attorney.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost revenue from a payer’s decision or delay. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Ending an engagement

You may end an engagement at any time by written notice. We may end an engagement if information you provided is inaccurate, if required cooperation is not forthcoming, or if continuing would require us to act improperly; in that case we refund any fee for work not yet begun.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. If we change these terms, the date at the top changes and the current version always lives at panelenroll.com/terms; material changes to an active engagement will be sent to you directly. Questions: hello@panelenroll.com.
